It is bit hidden behind the charles bridge. In the subbasement located very beutiful and well decorated pub. Nice bar selection and big amount of draft beers as well as lots of imported bottle beers. We had amazing hamburger feom wild bear meat - really special tasty and Angus blue cheese hamburger was nice too. The bar tender was very lovely and friendly person. Not expensive for its location.

Stumbled across this place entirely by accident on my latest (fleeting) visit to Prague. Having spotted the Lobkowicz logo hanging outside the door (and knowing how good all their beers are) I decided to pop in to have some of them.

The place was oddly deserted - it was 9pm on what had been a warm Spring day and considering its location just around the corner from Charles Bridge I thought it was odd in the extreme.

Nevertheless the beers were great, well tapped and served and I was enjoying myself so much I even stayed to eat - had the schitzel with potato salad, very nice.

The decor is a little too American for my liking, but the service was good and efficient.

For the prices they charge right in the heart of tourist trap central this place should be heaving. I'll definitely be visiting again in the summer.

Some of the reviews on Trip Advisor are confusing this place with (which I take it to be the original) Obycejny Svet in Vinohrady although with the same owners that place looks just as good.

I simple love this place. As I lived nearby and every time I wanted to prize myself - I went here, either for food or beer, or both! The prices are bit higher for the surroundings, but the quality follows the price. They have 8 tap beers and usually they are all high quality. I would definitely recommend it.

It's a cute and intimate restaurant - they have fair prices, a huge variety of beer and the service was excellent! Absolutely recommended

Meat was nice and burgers too. Waiters were paying a lot of attention. Quantities were abundant. We didn't like a lot vegetal carpaccio, but still ok.
