In this restaurant with a number of small underground rooms is everything average. The food, prices, beer and service. If you are lucky, you'll get an attentive waiter, if not it might spoil your meal. The food is real Czech - fatty, with lot of heavy cream, dumplings - however this is the way the Czechs like it. Most of the clientele comes from the country people who visit Prague or from buses with foreign tourists. However, if you like this kind of food, are not vegans and not dieting, this is the place for you.

“Perfect location, poor quality food”
Reviewed May 21, 2013

A very nice location and kind staff, but low quality, fatty food. Czech food is normally much better than what this restaurant offer. A shame, as it is a very special place and very kind staff.

“Good beer and food, fun atmosphere and good value”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

A brewery restaurant with good beer. We started with a beer sparkling wine. Sounds very weird, but it was very fresh and tasty. Fun to try something new. We ordered a big pan with loads of food to share. Wonderful! We tried both the dark and the lighter beer. Good beer and good food to a very good value. On the negative side it was a bit warm in the room. The whole restaurant is divided into different sections and floors. We were seated in a area below the kitchen. I guess the heat rises up, so it was probably the best place to sit.

“Only if You failed to find anything better)”
Reviewed April 26, 2013

Unfortunately, we had no option for Christmas and went to this restaurant. There were a lot of people and we were waiting for our food 40 minutes or more (we ordered from specially beforehand prepared menu!!!). Dark beer of the brewery was OK and what stroked most of all was that blatant way of including 10% tips in the final bill. More over, waiter counted with calculator incorrectly (I couldn't imagine how he could deal with money at all!!!) and added 5% more!!! All protests were rejected in rude form(((. That restaurant really fleeced us!

“An interesting find..”
Reviewed April 15, 2013

This was the first brewery restaurant we found on our recent visit to Prague. It is situated down an arcade, but once inside it is labyrinthine with rooms going on down into the ground.
The beer sold here is brewed on the premises and you can sit surrounding the brewing coppers.
The food was good quality and reasonably priced. A good place to stop for a beer and lunch.
