After travelling for over 30 hours (I don't sleep on planes), we decided to eat in the Hilton at Zinc. Zinc has two Michelin 'spoons' which have always been a reliable guide for good food. I had the Slow Cooked Beef Ribs with Rendang Spice
Paratha Bread, Soya Relish, Pickled Cucumber. The paratha bread was done to perfection and the soya relish devine. The beef ribs are actually pieces of meat from just below the ribs I believe but were cooked to perfection. If you don't asian fusion food, this is not the place for you. They are lots of other restaurants nearby.
