Location is away from the touristy hubbub which was a welcome relieve.
Ambience was cozy, nice art on the walls.
Service was friendly and prompt.
Food was tasty but we were puzzled why you had to order the rice separately!
Our waiter was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him.

Thank Monica J

Delicious food, ate number 41 - Malai Kofta and Kulfi - traditional indian ice cream. Usually I don't like spices in a food, but there was amazing tasty meal, with very soft flavor. Have pretty painted pot from Kulfi as a present)
Personal very polite and always smiling, atmosphere full of happiness. Recommend!

Probably one of the best Indian restaurants outside India. Masala is an Authentic Indian Restaurant situated on the main road at Belehradska. I have visited Prague two times in the past 3 years and have made it a point to dine at Masala once during my trip. The food is really amazing with great Ambience. It is priced reasonably as compared to Indian restaurants around europe and london. A must try is the Delhi Chaat and the all the Indian Curries. I would rate this place a 10 on 10 ..

when Indians go abroad they still want their traditional Indian North food. Personally i like to experience the local food. But Masala restaurant has to be rated, it was an amazing fresh experience, the ingredients had a taste and sort of organic freshness to it.

It is a must for those liking Indian food when travelling abroad.

Cheers

We initially had difficulty finding the restaurant, not near any metro station, although within reasonable distance from tram stop (line 22), takes some time getting used to the public transport in Prague. We often eat authentic Indian food at home and would not call the food authentic but Prague's version, which is overall not bad, fresh ingredients in a neat restaurant. Would return if we desperately wanted to eat some spicy food. Biased review as we are used to truly authentic food, would recommend the restaurant for tourist who aren't to fussy with regards to the true authenticity of the meals prepared. Pricy in our opinion.
