Prague Local Friends is aptly named, as their guides are really like meeting up with an old friend for an introduction to a new city. Getting the perspective of an insider is no small thing, particularly in a city where you will quickly learn to hate your Google Maps app as it tries desperately to navigate the city's windy spiderweb of streets.

We took a delightful morning walking tour with Amalka, crossing through multiple city quarters and winding our way through clever shortcuts to experience a perfect combination of both "must-see" and "off-the-beaten-path" spots. Amalka's stories about her family's life in Prague - both past and present - and her obvious passion for the city and country's history really brought it all to life for us. You can also count on fast and helpful responses to booking inquiries and other questions. If you want to go beyond simple bus tours and leave Prague feeling like you really got to know it, this is a great choice!

8 hour tour

Kristian was an excellent guide. We only had one full day in Prague so we decided to optimize our time by having a full day tour. Kristian was very informed, entertaining and genuine. The day was well planned out and ranged from the theatre to WW2 heroes.

We recommend Kristian if you really want to know Prague.

Night Tour

Review of: 3-hour Prague by Night Walking Tour

Night tour was incredible, Kaeli is gonna marry our tour guide and we are both so exhausted. I limped home...😝

I liked that the tour included all of the different "quarters" of Prague. We saw monuments and architecture from different time periods and of different styles. I really liked that it was just the 3 of us. It was very personal and our guide was very good natured and laid back. It wasn't like a regular tour where they're like, "and on your left you'll see Charles bridge. In 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue."

We saw everything we wanted to see!

The best way to enjoy Prague

Along the way to sightseeing destinations, Kristian pointed out things you would never notice to share Prague's history. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about Prague, he's got a great sense of humor and he's really keen at getting to know people and what they like to make their experience of the city the very best. I can't recommend him enough. My mom, brother and I had the best time.

What a wonderful day! We had varied levels of physicality and Kristian was so caring with everyone. Having had a guide from our river boat the prior day, Kristian customized a tour so that we didn't duplicate anything. Lots of laughs, sights and knowledge! Would rate our tour an 11 out of 10😁
