We stopped here for a 15 minute break in the middle of our walking tour and I fell in love. I got coffee and desert and intended on coming back for lunch the next day but was on the other side of Prague. Everything in this place looks Yummy!!

We stopped here as a pit stop, during our walking tour, it is not far from the old town and opposite the James Dean restaurant. It was great, benches over the top of radiators, so welcoming from the cold outside. We had chilli soup with sour cream and corn rolls. The brownies with cranberries and orange were delicious. We returned the next day and had the Thai chicken soup, which was also fab, served with fresh herb and garlic croutons. It all seemed very fresh and delicious. Happy friendly staff.

We came for brunch, really reasonable prices. for 4 of us we had 4 hot drinks, 1 bottled drink and 3 cakes and came to £20. Watched the world go by sitting at the booths. Service was great and brought it ovwer to our table as we had to wait a couple of minutes.
Try the Apple Croissants, amazing!!

Food looks awesome staff and set up dont match. Its awkward to sit in and eat with weird benches that one of you will have to duck under and squeeze into. The food by Pragues standards is expensive. We both had Quiche, niether were heated all the way through. My girlfriends was burnt on the top and cold underneath with unripe hard tomatoes. She spent 5 minutes at the till trying to get someone to complain to and was ignored. Eventually she interupted one of the staff who was then extremely rude to her. They refunded the dish but then proceeded to talk about our complaint and sneer. We left and wont come back, theres a lovely cafe around the corner Patisserie Gourmand, save your cash and go there

Everything about THE BAKEshop is perfect.
Just off Old Town Square at a corner location where you can watch the world go by.
Go for breakfast, superb menu and the food is wonderfully displayed.
