My wife and our friends were there for a week. Kevin the manager and Carmen went over and above to make our stay great. The beach area is beautiful with the restaurant and bar area close to the beach. Kevin is out and about checking his property and also speaking with the guests. Great manager who cares how his guests are doing and making sure everything is as it should be. We also took two day trips, one to the Baths and Jost Van Dyke and the other trip we went to St Johns,The first trip we went with Stormy Pirates (Eric and Kaitlyn) and we had a great time. Eric (The Captain) and Kaitlyn were wonderful and very friendly. We went to St Johns with Sunfari Offroad Adventures. The owner Micky was great. We met him one day at the beach here at the resort. He explained what his company does and he was not pushy. We booked our trip within five minutes of meeting him and we had a blast. He picked us up at our condo, took us to St Johns in his Jeep, brought a paddle board and took us to see all the best beaches at St Johns. Then we went to lunch and did some shopping and hit a few bars before coming home. Everything is included even the beer. Micky was so friendly it was like going to the beach with your close friend. What a day and would definitely do it again. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Kevin and Carmen and the front desk attendants.

First time visiting was 2014 and the food/service was excellent. They have since made menu changes resulting in overpriced food with cheap ingredients and a terrible selection. To make things worse service has went from great to horrendous. Breakfast and dinner service was bad the first day so we went out for all meals the 2nd and 3rd days. Came back in Tonight and wanted a dessert. Called the desk and they said the grill has desserts so I walked up there at 9:02pm. I went to the bar because no one else was there and the bartender told me they were closed. I told her the brochures, online and front desk attendant all said 10pm. She said nope we’re closed. I walked to the front desk and informed the attendant and he said he didn’t know. During dinner service today while we were eating we heard some yelling and turned to see the chef/cook got in a fight with the bus boy. Almost all of the staff were involved with separating them and
escorting the bus boy out. This is the type of environment you can expect now instead of the fine dining it used to have.
All said, one of my favorite things about St Thomas on our first trip was the food at Sunset Grille but after this trip I doubt we ever come back to the island. Our first time here we never left the harbor until the day of our flight. Service has been horrific and we’ve spent $200 on cabs since our first day here just traveling to go eat.

Secret Harbour checked all the boxes for what we wanted in a vacation. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling was the best that we experienced while in St. Thomas. Our room was ocean front and had a spectacular view. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon and had to force ourselves to leave the resort on Friday to go and experience other areas of the island. We would have been perfectly content to stay at the resort the entire trip. The restaurant was great and the service was good. Happy hour was from 4-7 daily with live entertainment some nights. We saw several weddings and even a wedding proposal while we were there. What a beautiful place for a wedding. Red Hook was just a quick 5 minute drive away and taxi's were readily available although the GM drove us himself one afternoon for dinner and even made great suggestions for places to eat. The entire staff acted as if they enjoyed their jobs and were always happy and smiling (a few even dancing as the DJ played music) while still providing excellent service. Winston was especially helpful and offered good advice about things to do in the area. Pumpkin and Velda offered great service as well. We are already planning our next trip!!

Room tip: Third floor rooms have excellent views

This place is beautiful! It’s quiet & peaceful. It has a beautiful beach! The snorkeling here is very good! It has a water sports center you can dive and rent equipment like stand up paddleboard‘s and kayaks etc. The staff here is so kind and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping the place clean and nice! The restaurant is good and has a good selection of food on the menu with nightly entertainment from 4 to 7 that is very good! The rooms are condo style and are very nice and clean! Our room is beautiful and fully stocked! Kevin the manager is a great guy and does an awesome job with his staff and they all love him! We have no complaints about this place at all! We will definitely be returning!
We especially liked Carl in the maintenance department and Winston at the towel booth on the beach!

Fully recovered from the 2017 hurricane, Secret Harbour has a lovely beach on a protected cove with great snorkeling (particularly for beginners, as the water is only 4-8 ft deep). The rooms are kept in Immaculate condition and the staff are welcoming and very supportive. Two on-site dining alternatives.
We had to catch an early ferry (0630) from Red Hook to the BVI's and the General Manager drove us in his personal vehicle.

Room tip: Ask for Beachfront unless you prefer the swimming pool or want to play tennis
