My daughter and I booked the day spa at this hotel, as she had just completed her gold D of E and was in need of some pampering. The pool, sauna and steam room were nowhere near the treatment rooms, so in the hours between treatments we were told we could wait in the lounge, which was the corridor for the rooms with a couple of settees, or go to the pool area, which we did. All it really was, was a swim facility for the hotel, absolutely no peace, there were swimming lessons going on, and we were surrounded by mums and kids, with only two sunbeds in the place. There was a water dispenser, but no cups and absolutely no-one in sight to ask for some.We were told drinks were available to customers, but back over the other side and when you get there nobody to get you anything or any way to ask unless you go all the back down to reception. Lunch was ok, very lacking in atmosphere and waited 20 mins to ask for the bill and then had to find someone to tell them that we wanted to pay! I would call it a beauty facility with the opportunity to use the hotel facilities, it is certainly not a spa, would never go back.
