I stayed one night (Friday-Saturday) with my wife to forget to forget our busy lives. We are familiar with their spa in Rijmenam and Londerzeel.
The rooms here are by far the best of the 3 venues. We slept like a baby in the luxurious suites.
The restaurant and staff are friendly, and food is very good.
The spa experience itself was disappointing. Around noon on both days the spa is filled with upbeat, pumping, aqua gym music for a pool filled with elderly people wearing *bathing suites*. And after the aqua gym they linger around in the pool. Very uncomfortable, since we were expected to be naked.
On multiple places the 10 commands of the spa are pronounced:
7: no bathing suites
10: keep quite
On Friday we had crying babies, on Saturday playing toddlers.
The outdoor saunas were too cold. The Eclipse was 45ºC, the Ranta for the Seance - which was postponed twice, around 70º.
This is not a spa experience, it feels more as a family, center parks experience, only a bit more expensive. Having a quick dive and sauna after work, perfect. The romantic weekend with the wife, not so much.
On our checkout I mentioned the remarks. The aqua gym has always been there and they knew about the cold sauna's. At least I didn't surprise them...
We will not come back here.More
