We spent 5 nights at Jeeva Klui in late August and had a lovely time. We were travelling with our 2 year old son, and he was spoilt rotten. We stayed in a first floor room overlooking the ocean, and awoke listening to the waves crashing on the reef. The large grassed areas were great for relaxing on, and pool was beautiful (Note; it is too deep if your child can't swim, though there is a shallow section at one end), and the spa was heaven.
The sea is great for snorkelling, as plenty of coral and fish close to the beach. However, not that ideal for kids as it was difficult to walk into due to the coral, though we did spend time building sandcastles on the beach.
The food at the restaurant was top quality, and everyone should make an effort to meet the head chef. He has worked in some great spots around the world and is passionate about his food. He cooked us a special meal on our last day, which rounded off a relaxing and very enjoyable holiday at Jeeva Klui. We would defintly return if we ever head back to Lombok....More
