We stayed there in July of this year.
We arrived in the evening to be met at reception by staff (whose English) was exceptional. The registration process took no longer than that's ten minutes and we were then ushered to out room the room was an absolute delight. Very Balinese in decor, thatched roof, an abundance of timber and well thought out.
A large bed with mozzie net. Reasonable space. The deck area was monstrous and included a double sized day bed and the usual table set etc
The bathroom was spacious. Plenty of area to put your luggage, a nice double size shower with glass brick wall lending that open feeling. There is no bath. Apart from the giant one fifty meteres from the door
All in all a great room
The restaurant had a diverse menu. Something there for everyone. What really pleased me were the reasonable prices. Most main meals about ten dollars AUS. Usually resorts go the gouge and wonder why people stray when it comes to their dining. Jeeva Klui is doing the smart thing. In any event if you want to go to Sengiggi it's only a two dollar taxi fare. Most of the places we saw in town looked a tad dodgy so we have them a wide berth
What can I say about the staff at Jeeva Klui, superb does not do them justice. I was gob smacked. Their English was wonderful. Their demeanor more so. They are the real asset for this resort. I hope the resort management realizes this. A girl called Ria deserves special mention. A real gem. Another young chap who served us regularly. He will know who he is was a real live wire. Witty engaging and will do well in this industry

Take a set of ear plugs if you get a beach front room. The surf is very loud along with the wind Also take a pair of rubber booties if you plan on swimming in the gorgeous sea. It is somewhat rock strewn making the entry a little ginger.

Thanks Jeeva Klui. We loved our stay and will recommend you guys in a heartbeat.

Russ and Carina

Room Tip: Don't forget your ear plugs and rubber booties

This resort was a pleasant surprise. Not knowing what to expect, we were absolutely thrilled with it.

We rented a villa which was beautifully appointed. Perfect accommodation for a family. We had our own plunge pool and all the modern amenities that make you comfortable on holiday.

The restaurant was lovely and it was a $1.50 aus taxi ride into Sengigi.

The spa was basic but beautiful in its simplicity.

The grounds were impeccable, and the resort was laid out beautifully.

Next time we'll book a beach front villa as the view was amazing.

Great value for money.

Jeeva Klui as the pictures show is right on a beautiful stretch of beach and the infinity pool and restaurant are gorgeous. My only suggestion about improvement would be in regards to the staff on the front desk, on a number of occasions we struggled with a language barrier and often could not get the help required (simple things like needing an ironing board or sorting an airport transfer) but they were much harder than they needed to be. The service at the restaurant was brilliant and it seemed more focus was had on this. Our room although lovely, was not kept 4/5* resort clean and we had cups etc left dirty in our room. Also if opting for a pool villa be careful as the pool and its area are mostly shaded so it’s not a good sun-bathing spot and more often than not we would be by the main pool so did not use it.
Overall a lovely place and ideal for visiting the Gilis.

We booked the Jeeva Klui as a special treat at the end of a 2 week trip to Bali, Lembongan and Lombok. We were really looking forward to some luxury, and boy did this place deliver.

The highlights are difficult to choose from: their service is really exemplary, every staff member going out of their way to help or offer a smile whenever they could; the food is truly excellent, with great options of both Asian and Western cuisines; the pool is lovely, with a very toddler-friendly ledge only about 30cms deep which my son LOVED wading through.

The only disappointments were with the Spa. We tried to book several treatments with the reception only to learn that they did not have access to the bookings information (which are done by hand at the spa itself). Therefore, book early to avoid missing out.

The really truly outstanding piece of service came right at the end of our stay. Somehow, two of our bags got left behind at the hotel whilst we were transferring to the airport. One of them rather importantly contained our passports. As the trip took us 1.5 hours and we only had 1 hour to go to our flight, we had basically given up hope.

Yet, somehow, our driver managed to get us checked in without passports (admittedly on an internal flight), and then organized for someone at the hotel to bring our bags by taxi in record time, allowing us to board the flight with minutes to spare. Truly outstanding, and ensured our trip ended on a very positive note.

Thank you all!

If we had never stayed at Qunci Billas, I would have said that this was the best place in Lombok. Compared to Qunci, our ocean front room was extremely comfortable, we could hear the sound of the waves throughout the day and night which completely served the purpose for what we came here for, which is to relax. Staff is amazing and completely service oriented. The room and the bathroom very big, the bed was large and comfortable. This is a very family friendly place.

The only downside was that the resort looks a but old, there were a lot of ants and insects throughout the day, the food was average (it was good, but since I had the most amazing dinner at Qunci the night before) and a lot more expensive than Qunci. The spa felt a bit disorganized.

I will post photos of this really great resort. Will come back here if the price is right.
