“Amazing location and very hospitable staff.”

The location on itself is just spectaculair. From Dar Timitar you have a 360º view over te whole area. It's a relaxing place where all facilities are in place and the homecooked meals are one of the best I had in Morocco. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean aswell. The valley of khelaat m'gouna is a quiet en rural area that's great for walking trips trough the fields and upstream of the river. I truly recommend Dar Timitar if you are looking for nature, walking, rest and comfort.

Very much enjoyed my stay on the way from Imlil to the desert. Positive points are: service, view on the valley, room cleanliness, breakfast (with a view) and value for money. If interested, the riyad will organize a trek in the valley for you. Two minuses are: difficult to locate (ask in the valley to get directions) and access (the road from the main highway may be a challenge without a 4WD)

The journey up the 'piste' from the road to Dar Timitar perched on the hill makes it feel particularly special. We loved relaxing on the outside cushions enjoying the great views and watching the sunset. The rooms are rustic but tastefully traditionally decorated. Traditional Moroccan dinner and super breakfast. At our request they arranged for Mohammed to guide us for a fabulous day trek through a gorge and over a mountain stopping off for lunch at a tented camp - he was great company and we had a wonderful day that will stick in the 'memory banks'.

Amazing Kasbah!Extremely friendly staff (we arrived very late and the family that owned the hotel cooked us dinner. they were very friendly) The room is very rural and simple. the bathroom is very basic. But the sheets were impeccably clean.

Negative points just: The bed is a bit hard and the rooms could be a little bit improved. Except that, everything was perfect

The view is simply stunning. Dar Timitar is the best place to watch the valley. Worth a visit just for the view!!!! Dar Timitar is very likely the best choice in the Valley of Roses!

If You would like to stay for some time in unique place - this country house is for You. It stays alone on the hill. Incredible view from that hill to valley, silence, fresh weather, cute room, lovely atmosphere - are our impressions. Even burned tajine, we've got, does not impact our very good opinion about this little hotel.

Great place to stay in the valley of roses! I loved the piece and quiet at this kasba guest house. Richid was very friendly, answering many questions. We will be back to visit again very soon as we live in Rabat. The food was very good. Many people wrote that they had a hard time finding the place, but with Rachid's perfect directions we had no trouble finding the place. If we had the time, we would have had Rachid take us further into the valley for a personal tour. It will have to wait until next time!
