This is a pretty hotel set in gardens in the old Dutch hill station of Tretes. We went during Ramadhan so it was very quiet, but I understand the town can get very busy as other times.
The hotel has seen better days really but the rooms are fine and the very large swimming pool is great.
Food within the hotel is on the pricey side, however there are lots of local restaurants within walking distance and an ok buffet breakfast is included in the rate. We got a very good rate of 250,000rp by approaching the hotel directly. Although I liked the hotel I wouldn't reccommend paying too much more than this.More
