For over $50.00 for two meals you expect something decent to eat but each time we go food is just ok. There is a lack of staff but those staff that are there are friendly and helpful. The facilities are really rundown and the toilets are gross for the money they rake in from meals and weekend trade you would expect a bit more from a venue that has a lot of newer competition.

“Good pub grub!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 19, 2013

A novelty on the outside but a good basic pub on the inside.

The food was very good for the price and their specials are great. We had the "Tradies and Ladies" meals which were as cheap as chips and the choices were many.

We sat inside as it was a hot day but the outside area is extensive.

“Average everything”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 17, 2013 via mobile

Good location with a fun idea but it never quite hits the mark.

The place is ideal for families with a big out door area and prices to suit the budget.

I found the food ok - it is a pub not a 5 star restaurant after all!

The food choices for the $15 special was fantastic; I tried the "Tradies and Ladies" meal as did my partner. Your meal and a beer (or soft drink) all for the one price, pretty good I think.

“The dinner deals are great”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2013

Good atmosphere! If you get the$12 dinner deals you can't complain! The other meals on the menu are too costly for pub meals in my opinion. They also need more vegetarioan choices, they used to have bean nachos which were ok but they've taken them off the menu so it's only salads for us vegetarians now.
