This is the only restaurant on the resort and we were scepital to eat here thinking the lack of competition would result in bad or mediocre food.
We were so wrong and happy about it!!!
There food was great. The service even better. Would definitely recommend eating here.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Chena Springs Restaurant. The decor of the place is very nice with a great view of the grounds. The food was reasonably priced and prepared to order. The menu had a good selection of sandwiches and varied selections. Breakfast isn't served after 11:30 am. The service was great and fast. I enjoyed the meal and the setting.

You should plan on bringing some of your own food to eat while you are staying at Chena because there are few places to eat there. However, I would recommend at least one meal at the restaurant even if it is breakfast. Their prices are comparable to other Alaskan restaurants, and the food is good.

The food was excellent and I had one of the best clam chowders ever. The fresh Alaskan fish was an excellent choice. Felt rushed as the service was fast, we god the entrees two minutes after the soup. Had to ask for bread. Good food and atmosphere, but it is quite pricey. There is no competition for miles.

You´ve driven 2h on ice to get to Chenna Hot Springs - you deserve some awesome food, and those guys definetely can provide it. It is a little pricy, but consider you are in a resort in the middle of nowhere having a great meal.
BTW: Don´t drink the water. It´s spring water. They are proud of it, but smells and tastes like sulfur.
