Great little hotel. We had a gorgeous, huge balcony (room 2 if memory serves!) with a lovely outlook. Owned and run by a very helpful and friendly family. Beautiful food. Would love to return. Ronda itself is simply stunning too. Loved it all!

Tricky to find this hotel as GPS does not work so well in the area, but once we found it, we were welcomed really well to what was a delightful little establishment. The food in the restaurant was also out of this world. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had never been to Ronda before and had been invited to a wedding in a nearby villa, so the bride booked us into this sweet hotel. We stayed in room 9, very spacious with a huge bespoke bath and on the ground level opposite the pool. Breakfast was lovely and the bar area. We didn't eat lunch or dinner there, but other guests said it was delightful. I recommend this hotel and this part of Spain, Ronda is breathtaking and very reasonably priced.

Room Tip: Room 9 was very nice with a huge bath and walk-in shower

This is a lovely hotel run by an English family hosted by Elaine and Ian but very much a Spanish experience. The hotel is nicely decorated and furnished throughout with a variety of styles of bedroom, Rooms 2 & 3 have the balconies and other look out onto a terrace, each is indivdual in size & bathroom design which is a nice feature. The Hotel does light bites for lunch and a great evening meals expertly cooked by Ian, be that the local pork, a BBQ or a traditional paella. There is also a well stocked bar with some great cocktails very reasonably priced.
We visited in the height of summer when it was really hot and the one thing our room would have benefitted from was some air conditioning, we had a ceiling fan which moved the hot air around and made at times some strange and irritating noises, if you chose to leave the doors open to get the cool air of the night you were then at risk of waking to the sound of the early morning train which runs very close to the hotel, the line is just above the hotel and although trains do not pass too often they have a siren that warns of the train's imminent arrival plus then the sound of the train itself - which is significant noise.
The pool is a good depth and fair size and there are sunbeds and umbrellas, the sunbeds were not comfy and cushions were provided a nice improvement would be some nice wooden loungers with removalable cushions. One great thing is to save of packing, pool towels are provided, we have 2 sets to last the week which was ideal.
Elaine and Ian do everything to ensure you stay is as good as possible, suggestions of days out, hidden little gems in the vicinity.
The hotel itself is not situated within walking distant of Ronda and is just off a main trunk route so a car would be essential if you want to move around, the area around the hotel is very diverse with hidden caves, lakes, lagoons and of course the lovely town of Ronda.
We really enjoyed our stay, the few points above would make my experience change to 'Excellent'.

Room Tip: Ask for balcony room for a bit more privacy.

We stayed here two nights while visiting the south of Spain. I wish we had stayed longer. It is more like a B&B than a hotel. The hosts are great and they greet you with a champagne cocktail when you arrive. After a long day touring, we relaxed by the pool and Elaine brought us sangria and tapas! The food is fantastic. We ate all our meals there. You can't beat this place. it's a hidden gem!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a terrace and keep the door open at night so you get a cool breeze!
