On arrival my wife bemoaned the fact that she did not bring her sports bra as it would have helped on the long off road, very bumpy and difficult approach to the hotel. Our dark and gloomy room was and smelled of damp. A large corner of the room had the tell tale signs of damp with a large patch of flaking paint.
The hotel felt it lacked a soul with little evidence of staff presence. We were told that the pool was not in use but we could sit around it. This was not possible as the grass was overgrown there were 5 dead mice floating in the water together with plastic bottles, dead worms and many leaves.More
