“Well worth the hype!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2013

A fantastic lunch! After reading all the good reviews on TripAdvisor we thought we'd give this place a try for lunch, thoroughly expecting not to be able to get a table.

When we arrived we had to check we had the right place as it was so small and unassuming. We got very lucky and a table became free only 5/10 minutes after we arrived (about 2:30pm on a Sunday).

I can only agree with previous reviewers that everything about this place is well worth a visit. Food is beautifully presented, interesting, delicious and good value - by far the best tapas we had on our trip. The owner explained all the dishes for us and we worked our way through 6 tapas and then desert. Our favourites were probably the garlic soup, the artichoke and the chocolate fondant dessert. The local wine we had was also very nice.

Overall, a great little restaurant with a lovely relaxed dining room, friendly and helpful service, a tasty and interesting menu and all for a very good price! I also wondered whether a Michelin star could be on its way.

Amazing! Just go there. Easily worth the drive to Ronda just to experience this. Lucky to be here now, within my next visit they will probably be rewarded with a Michelin Star(!)

“Try it! You won't be disappointed!”

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local shop assistant. What a find! I'm pretty sure we would have just walked by it, as it's more like a family home.
We were lucky to arrive quite late in the evening and get a free table (there's only 4tables).
The owner is a great man, funny, friendly and extremely passionate about food and his restaurant!
The food was delicious! Something for everybody, even my friend who doesn't like Tapas and prefers a big plate of simple food.
A great intimate first class dining experience!

“Believe all the hype!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 23, 2013

This man is mad! Anywhere else you would pay four or five times as much for such exquisite food.
Concur completely with all the previous reviews.
We were so lucky staying a few minutes away round the corner at Boabdil. He was shut Monday in October.
Just go, we did not find anything like it in three weeks around Andalucia.
