“Great food at a great value”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

We were looking for some place to eat away from the streaming masses of tourists. Just out of curiosity we found this place in some sidestreet. As there was a TripAdvisor sign next to the menu outside I took a look at the ratings. And the score is totally justified! Great service, great food, friendly staff checking your needs in just the perfect periods of time. And there is free encrypted wireless internet.
The tapas menu is great food at an even better value. If you had enough of the local cuisine just try the hamburger with cheese, an easy and delicious stomach filler. I would not recommend the "salat chef" because it is too less food for its price (just some spinach leaves with two cheese pieces), but still this is yummy! We got all what we ordered within 10 minutes of time. There is also a good selection of wine available. The place to sit outside is a bit funny because the plaza has some angle but you dont have to worry much about it. It is in a shadowy place and quite quiet, you only hear some cars passing the streat but not very loud. They even offered us a child seat without even having to ask.
Overall a total recommendation, a definite five points rating!

“Nice tapas & drinks”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 29, 2013

Nice quiet restaurant away from the tapas row of Calle Nuevo. The Tapas was very pleasant and traditional, nothing fancy, staff was helpful and did not mind our 3 boys up to their usual tricks. I would advise that even with 3 boys and my wife and I, 5 tapas menus was too much and we could have managed with just 4. The alcohol free mohitos were very nice

“Friendly, cosy, excellent!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 22, 2013

We "accidently" passed this cosy restaurant while stralling through Ronda and had some drinks there. Quiet place where you could watch people passing by while zipping your chilled drink or having lunch or dinner.
Very very friendly staff, always there when "needed", children very welcome, tasty meals and drinks! Absolutly fabulous - so we returned in the evening for dinner :-) Thank you for having us!

“A great choice in Ronda”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

We had spotted this restaurant earlier in the day on our wander round Ronda and thought it looked a lot less touristy than many of the others. It doesn't have a view but we sat outside on the lovely little square. The frozen mojitos and strawberry slushies were just what the doctor ordered after the hot walk up the hill. The menu isn't huge but offers all you need. The spanish omelette and chorizo starters were plenty big enough to share between the three of us and the paella was absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and the owner is lovely, even moving us inside when a persistent wasp wanted to finish our paella.
