The staff were hospitable (although did not speak much English - but then I do not speak any Spanish, so we managed to book in eventually). Be warned that you will have to park on the main road and haul your bags about 50m up an alley way to get to the hotel and the nearest parking is about a 15 minute walk away.

There is no lift access (important to know if you are injured or infirm) and our room was on the second floor up several flights of narrow steps.

The room was enclosed and the windows overlooked a closed central atrium. We had booked a double bed and found it was a twin room. It was also 'musty' and smelt damp.

In summary, it was slightly disappointing and we ended moving to another hotel, however if you want a budget hotel with the necessary amenities, in a central location, with a restaurant attached, then this 'ticks all the boxes'.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that has an outside view with windows, not one that looks internally towards the central atrium

Despite my Spanish being poor and the staff's English not being great, it was a case of just staff being friendly, patient and happy to help made this a great place to stay.

It is like pension accomodation, with pension prices. However, the breakfast is tasty tostados and coffee in the bar while watching the Spanish locals. It seems a very popular restaurant and bar for the locals with two popular local figures working there. The rooms are functional and cosy in a historic, charming building in a fantastic location in Ronda for accessing all the main sights nearby.

They even let us lock our mountain bikes in the spare dining room overnight after a days cycling. Lovely touch.

We'll be back here.

I'll be staying here next time we're in Ronda.

This hotel was booked for us as part of a walking holiday. An old authentic 1 star hotel a notch or two up from a hostel. Our room overlooked a pedestrianised street which was noisy at times. At least the room had a window as some apparently open onto a covered courtyard so no fresh air. The room was dark and basic but clean. Breakfast was traditional toast with pate / tomatoes and oil / jam and good coffee. Personally I would have preferred something a bit more upmarket but it was good value for popular Ronda at 50€ a night for two including breakfast.

Hotel was located at the city center, near the main square, so all sites are within walking distance, as well as bars, restaurants., and shops. Parking is not available on premises, but there is another hotel with public parking within walking distance, or there is a possibility to park at another hotel of the same branch. If you've ordered breakfast, opt for the classic "mollete con tomate y aceite".
Our room had a terrace, so that was a plus. The room was pretty tiny, though.
The staff didn't speak English very well. There is no elevator, so consider that if you are travelling with a lot of baggage.

Cheap and with a central location, just a few steps from the bullring. Small room, poor aircon, awfull beds, hidious breakfast. Wifi ---- hmm only in the reception. Unfortunately the service did NOT make up for all this. NOT returning here again.
