This restaurant was recommended by a local gourmet shop and didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the full dish versions of tapa offerings (known as "racciones") including oxtail and swordfish which we enjoyed and found to be plentiful and very tasty. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for a table as this restaurant is quite small (about 10 tables) but worth the wait although the waiters were rushed off their feet. Just a note that they do no accepts credit cards. This restaurant is a 10 minute walk from the bridge.

FEB 2010
This Bar Cafe was recommended by the front desk at the Parador Hotel in Ronda.
We walked in off the street on a cold wet night , and were treated to a feast of local cuisine . We ordered main courses of Lomo, Calimari, and Pork Steak with veg dishes of baby broad beans and chopped serrano ham lightly cooked in olive oil.
The Pork steak with chopped onions slowly cooked in olive oil was the best I have ever tasted. For dessert we had Chestnut pure and cheesecake.
The local Ronda wines were expensive €24-26 so we had a couple of bottles of a splendid Ribeiro del Duero at €14 whose name I cant recall.
The service was excellent and many of the dishes were on display at the bar. Several locals were drinking at the bar and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.
We left sated and fortified against the elements.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
