I've now completed two courses at Celebration Cooking - the lush cake decorating and choux pastry courses. The classes are small and conducted by Andrew, a pastry chef with over 30 years' industry experience.
Classes are 4 hrs duration and conducted in the specially kitted out teaching kitchen adjacent to the Celebration Cakes showroom. You are given step-by-step guidance, professional tips and a recipe/instruction book. You also get to take home your wonderful creations! The lessons are comprehensive and enable you to be able to reproduce the same results at home.
I can thoroughly recommend Celebration Cooking Classes to all baking enthusiasts who wish to build on their skills. Other courses offered are formal cake decorating, figurine making and puff pastry.
