We have just enjoyed a saturday evening at The Ship. Lovely place, friendly attentive staff without being intrusive, food was delicious - both mains and dessert (we skipped starters but they had a very good choice) No complaints whatsoever and we will definitely be returning.

Went to The Ship Inn last night for dinner and had a great time. Being a Tuesday night it was fairly quiet which suited us. We've not been to The Ship for quite a while and the food seems to be better than I remember. The service was fantastic and the food was just as good. OH had the scallops for starter - he really enjoyed it and I think I'll have it next time we go if its still on the menu. We both had starters, main and afters, with drinks and our bill came to £80. Which I thought was quite reasonable.

A small village pub transformed. Its bright and welcoming and the staff are attentive. The food is a revelation. The pork belly and scallop starter is extraordinarily good. If it carries on as it is the pub is going to need an urgent extension to accomodate its would be diners

A nice pub/restaurant with a good beer garden.
Approximately 20 minutes walk from the Staithe at South Walsham Broad. Whenwe visited it was a nice pub with friendly staff, and altough it there has been some upgrade to the premises since our last visit, I have been reliably informed the Beer and food ar as good as in the past.
