We were recommended this by our driver, dont bother. We looked at a dressed up monkey stand in the door for 25 minutes. It was expensive and showed very little effort. Not one for kids.

I went in the morning, I liked the reason, learned a lot of culture, art, musical instruments and little funny stories. but. but if compared to the kecak dance in uluwatu, there is more fun and thrilling.

Absolutely appalled that we had to pay for an average performance that ends in killing a live baby chicken on the front of the stage. This is meant to be a theatrical play, not real but they feel they have to sacrifice a tiny baby chicken every performance and expect the audience to watch it wriggle after getting it's head cut off til it's death. Then discard the body on top of the rubbish on stage. I felt physically sick. If we had of known they do this we would not have seen the show. Very upsetting. Do not waste your money, to watch killing live animals.
