We dined at the Cocktail club our first night in Rincon as it was close to our hotel. We dined early, so there weer not many patrons, which left the atmosphere a little flat. However, the staff was friendly; but the service was a little slow, My wife had fresh dorado (mahi-mahi) that was prepared well and quite delicious; I ordered the skirt steak stuffed with mozarella, shrimp, and bits of chorizo; it was tasty, but ordered medium and was medium-rare at best. Overall, the meal was good but not great, and a little on the pricey side. I got the impression this establishment catered primarily to upscale locals, but we were certainly warmly welcomed and personably engaged by the staff.
