We drove 2 1/2 hours to dive with Rincon. When we got there, they told us it was cancelled due to visibility. I realize things happen but a call the night before to let us know would have been better. Even if they said there was a possibility so we could decide whether to drive. They mentioned the dive the day before wasn't too clear so they had an idea of the visibility.
Now they did refund us, so that was good. But we could have saved the day and planned something else. But next time! Bubbles Up!

Our instructor Steve was amiable and thorough. I felt very confident doing the PADI Open Water course with him as our instructor. The visibility was not really good yet we were able to see well enough to stay together in the Escambron Bay.
I received my temporary certification card and stayed in Puerto Rico another week. I dove four more times in La Parguera and Rincon. I had a wonderful experience.

The overall experience was good. My wife and I booked a scuba diving tour. I decided to end my scuba diving trip prematurely because I wasn’t comfortable going deep in the water. However, my partner continued and she had a blast. That being said, I wasn’t a fan of the company not having controls over COVID. Proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID results was not required.
As a company, we exceed all federal and Puerto Rican guidelines. We also take every precaution to make sure that all equipment and common areas are disinfected on a routine basis. We understand your concerns with these trying times and we will continue to work towards providing a safe and sanitary environment for our customers and staff. Since the moment you make the call for reservations they are really friendly and accommodating. The shore dive was great, Steve our master diver was the best, he explained everything and made us feel safe during the whole dive. Definitely will be coming back!
