bad service by a fellow Brit. didn't even know what a sommelier was! Also we didn't even get to try the wine before he poured huge glasses. The one thing that was good was the view - gorgeous but not worth the money or the effort in going.

Mudbrick has great views and is a lovely building. The food was nice, but if I'm honest I'd say it met the price. Although we were stung by the 15% holiday surcharge which didn't help.

Where they really delivered was the waiting staff. The lady serving us was excellent, and really added to the experience.

I'd recommend going, but be prepared for an expensive meal if it's during holiday season.

We had the degustation menu and were treated to a series of stunning dishes. The flavour combinations were excellent and presentation inviting. The service was friendly and helpful. The views from the restaurant are delightful. All this comes with a fairly chunky bill but we thought it worth it.

We had a fantastic dinner. Really excellent food. They also cater well for children. My only comment would be that I would expect an experienced wine waiter to take our wine order and talk us through the vineyard's wines. Our waiter was lovely but not a wine buff. The windows need a good clean too!
That aside, the food really was outstanding. The amuse bouche and the sorbet cleanser were nice touches too. I especially liked the duck entree and the scallops.
Beautiful views too
