This is no mass produced cheese factory. There are limited signs and eventually if you follow them you get taken round the back of a small house. There was no sign of anyone but then a door opened and the proprietor came out and invited us in.
Small single room which is his work space and shop.
No goats to see for us as they were away in fields.
The cheese is exceptional worth the small detour to get some.
A very charming and interesting host, with reasonable English, half an hour to cherish.

Fantastic visit at the Őrségi Ínyesmester Kft. where they produce really Excellent Goat Cheeses! The owner Attila Sandor is super friendly and really helpful!
Well worth a visit if you are in the area!

Today we visited with a group the Orsegi Kecskefarm. We were supposed to see the process of cheese production, but it didn't happen and no reason was given. Also we were supposed to have a picnic lunch at the farm. We got it, but it was served in the goat barn (!), literally next to the the goats, and everything that goes with them: a lot of flies, on the floor the hay mixed with goat pellets. We were sitting on hay bales, and struggling with clouds of flies. I would never repeat this visit, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You can buy the cheese, but don't eat it there.
