Sat outside in the sun & enjoyed the tasting plate. The staff were very helpful in helping piece together the cheeses too.

This was our first stop in Mudgee for a coffee and were pleasantly surprised to see they had wine tastings and also cheese tastings which they are very forthcoming with. Lots of local produce for sale as well in a very attractive building and gardens.

Wow what disappointment this is our second time here at highvalley there must be a different chef from our last visit back in Novemberwhen we had the most beautiful grazing plate with house made terrines, prosciuttos, payed, and we also had a succulent pulled pork sandwich HOWEVER!!! This time we had a really poor grazing plate don't think apart from the cheeses anything else was made there also had crab cakes with what's really a guacamole and I have a querie if there was any crab in them their wines are terrible overall really really average actually terrible and had to wait about 45mins which would be ok if the place was busy but with 10 people which included our party of 3 will definitely not returning to highvalley really need to get the old chef back at least he had an idea on food
