Well, we were walking in the evening in Cuenca looking for a nice reastaurant (or taperia) and this place was our "blind" choice; we couldn't be more lucky...
The advice is to ask for a first set of tapas and to ask more lately: the portions are really "generous" and you can add more only if you are still hungry.
Local bread is higly recommended: it is a soft bread with a particular flavour that deserve to be tasted, waiters know this and they surely will ask you if you want it.
The food is good (everything we tasted) and the environment is warm, you can decide to sit at the bar counter just after the entrance, or to go in the following hall where the walls are fully covered with photos of people having good times in the restaurant.
Prices are really honest for the quality and the quantity of the food and moreover my wife received a gift of a small cup with the name of the restaurant when we left the place; nothing really precious but it was an unexpected kind thought from the staff.
