We spent one night in a "Standard double" (#105) while visiting Cuenca, choosing it because it had parking and was outside the old city, where we spent the afternoon and early evening. Our room looked out over the garage and was furnished with twin beds, night tables, fridge, desk and chair, easy chair, small round table, closet and cabinet. Bathroom amenities included soap, comb, shampoo/gel, lotion and two large and two medium towels. The room was quiet and wifi was satisfactory. We found parking right outside the hotel. Breakfast was a large spread with more than you could ask for -- fruits, coffee, breads, eggs, hams, cheeses, sweets, etc. The hotel does not have "charm" but was a practical choice for us. We would stay here again.

I must admit, at first I thought we'd made a mistake. The hotel shares an outside carpark with a 24hr McDonalds and a petrol station, and is quite a way from the old town.
There is no bar and the carpets in the hallway where our room was didn't seem to fit!

However...
- The rooms were decent (we stayed in 209 which was quiet and had a view out to a park).
- A bus stop is 30 seconds from the front door which takes you all the way up to the old town for €1.20.
- The breakfasts were excellent.
- The staff were helpful.

We also paid to use the underground hotel car park for some added security for about €9 per night.

This hotel is halfway from the train station and the historic city centre. Breakfast is included and very complete. Rooms are fully equiped with a really big bath, beautiful toilet and confortable bed. Views from the rooms are not remarkables. We chose the romantic experience with cava and chocolates in the room, which are very enjoyable.

Room tip: Upper rooms are more quiet

We really enjoyed.our stay at the exe cuenca. The rooms were spacious and clean. Antonio was on reception and he was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. It is an ideal spot for looking around Cuenca. The bus stop to the old town is just outside. The bus prices are very reasonable. There is also a Mc Donalds and a petrol station for snacks if you need them. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Emma Wales

We were unaware of the normal price but we got the room last minute for a great deal and could not complain about the facilities. Good clean bath, good lookout towards the park. Nice quiet area at the lobby for work with good wifi. Comfortable beds and the receptionist was super helpful, directed us to the local eateries that did great food. The gym was also well equipped for a small hotel.

It was quite odd to see that their room service menu was from McDonalds and Telepizza. Have not seen that in a hotel before but I guess the McDonalds was only downstairs as well as a service station. The shopping mall is also near by but besides that there're not much around the hotel itself. Good short stay.
