This is not a restaurant as such, even though it quite rightly comes 5th out of 153 restaurants in Rosas/Roses. This tapas/grill bar knocks most Rosas/Roses restaurants into a cocked hat because fresh, tasty food is served - as you want it and as you like it. If you are looking for a tapas lunch, or a mid morning coffee, or a quick grill to tide you over till dinner, or just a pre-dinner drink, then you have a choice: you can either go to one of the "up to" 151 other restaurants, many of which are just tapas bars and have a drab anchovy or limp lettuce, or you can come here and get something decent, cooked specially for you and not waiting for the next customer. There are other tapas bars in town and you can pay twice as much for something half as fresh. Pasko holds special "Events" at the bar and if you stop by for a coffee or sangria, it is worth asking if anything is lined up for later in the week. If there is, it will cost a half of that hotel banquet where you are staying and *cough* you won't feel you have been ripped off because it won't cost you 100€ for the two of you, not even half that ;) After sampling 3 or more tapas bars, we converged on Pasko's and this was where we lunched for the rest of the week, because the food was super fresh & tasty, served with hospitality, and cheaper than anywhere else in town.
