“fun day out”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

we had a great day at the water park, there is lots of slides and a river that you just float along, we went early and was a good move as by the afternoon it got very packed, we had been on nearly every ride without having to queue for long. bring a pair of socks or something for your feet as the floor gets very hot and don`t forget sun cream. food and drink are quite expensive inside the park.

“The weather wasn't on our side but we enjoyed the 2 hours we was there!”
Reviewed March 4, 2013

After being let down by Thomas Cook on a trip to Nicosia (bus never turned up) we swapped our day out for a day in the water park. Having dropped our ticket on the sidewalk and not realising until we had got to the waterpark, we had to go back and look for it! So around 2 hours later we made it in to the park. It was lovely and hot and not so busy as it was middle of May. Food and drinks were very expensive and I felt there wasn't a lot to choose from (from memory). A lot of the rides were closed due to it not being Peak season and so the choice weren't that great. Apparently most of the rides do open every day, kind of on a rota but we wasn't there long enough to find out. Personally I was happy to lounge about and take in some rays but then the sun went in. We tried to not let it bother us, so we grabbed a bite to eat hoping the sun would come back out, but it didn't. It started to get breezy and then it rained. We went back into the pool to keep warm but found ourselves alone as everyone else had started to leave the park. So we thought to ourselves that we would rather go back to our hotel for a nap than wait around in the cold for the sun to go back in (says alot). Maybe they should have an indoor pool for when the weather isn't that great? or at least some shelter from the rain as guests are then forced out of the park and have to pay the admission fee again to come back in. Maybe if we had had children and the sun had stayed out then it would of been different, and maybe when that time comes we shall re visit WaterWorld.
