As two lads, party people, AKA non-playah's staying here I can say without hesitation, after reading the reviews we were not surprised with the experience we had. The standard bugs greeted our room in place of cleaners but we had the foresight to bring bug repellent and it worked a charm. The room was 'dated' to be kind about it. We also had a nice balcony view over some bins and dogs. Probably worth saying we stayed in block 11, 1117 I think. There was ketchup or blood on the floor, never did find out for sure.

The main party piece I want to mention, is the legend known as George, the DJ on the 2nd pool. We traversed the dead ants in our room and worked our way down to play pool at least once a day, George's presence made the whole experience much more enjoyable, total lad. Attracting all the fine ladies and pulling out his killer 1 finger swirling dance moves made us feel right at home.

Chris, the older receptionist was hilariously useless, although he did manage to get us some toilet paper and towels occasionally. But we had to pick it up ourselves.

Drinks were fairly well priced compared to other bars in the area, but a quick trip to the shop down the road will find you well stocked for a fraction of the price!

On the plus side the location was also close to the main strip, about 2 minute walk away and...Uhhm Oh, the air-con works pretty well!

Arrived in Cyprus on the 6th October 2013 on holiday with my wife. Allocated room 802 given directions by reception to the room, after wondering around for 20 minutes we eventually found block 8. The appearance of the block was dated with curtains half hanging off railings, on entry to the room we were hit with a strong smell of damp and cigarettes enough to turn our stomachs. The furnishings appeared very dated and previous occupants must have sat on them with wet swim wear as this is were the smell came from, the walls were dirty and the kitchen area looked as if it had not been cleaned for sometime, my wife inspected the bedroom and found hair in the beds, the wardrobes were vary dated and had been repaired with nails! The bathroom was just disgusting, with ants everywhere. Overall you would not keep animals in this room. We went back to reception to complain and they asked my wife what was wrong with the room? (as if they didn't know) the receptionist offer us to inspect a second room, this was in the main block towards the front of the property and viewed onto a road. The second room looked as if it had been recently painted and newish bedroom furnishings and fittings, the living area had dated furnishing and smelt like the first room. We did except this room to our regrets, even though the room had double glazing we were kept awake with the constant bikes going up and down the street plus the bonus of the full on noise from the main party street in Ayia Napa. By day two it was apparent this room also had ants. The cleaners were supposed to clean the room five times a week we only noticed our room had been partly cleaned three times, cleaning standards are poor hence the ants! Stayed by the pool for one afternoon this area was in very poor condition with loose decking boards, ripped plastic sun loungers, tiles missing around the pool and pleasure of charging 3 euros for a Fanta drink! If you think my experience of the hotel as a prison then that's how it felt staying there, suggest Tsokko Hotel Group knock this hotel down and start again!

Room Tip: Do not go to this hotel, it puts a lovely island to shame!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights thankfully sc as couldn't bare to eat there after seeing the state off the rooms and pool side! When we arrived we were took to our room 711b omg it was tiny with a broken telly, broken sink broken fridge which smelt so bad! I refused to stay in there and went straight to reception! I bloke took us then to 410 which was so much bigger fridge worked but nothing else! Very undated accommodation! Next morning we went for a wonder to find it was empty no one using Sunbeds and when we carried on looking we could see why! Empty beer bottles, broken pool tiles things floating in the pool! Just not a nice atmosphere at all! Def not stay here ever again plz don't think about bring ur kids here!

Just spent a week in Tsokkos. The rooms are in need of refurbishment and the ant and cockroach problem is as bad as stated in the other reviews...
The doors show signs of being pryed open on several ocations. I did nor feel safe leaving any thing of value in the room while i was out on the beach.
The staff seemed uninterested and genreally looked like they hated the place.
This is NOT a 3 star hotel. It's deserving of a 1 star rating.
Having said that it seems like the hotel standard in Agia Napa in general is quite poor, the same can be said for most bars and restaurants.
Agia Napa got some great beaches, so if bathing and scupa is your thing it's a great place, especially the beaches in the Nissi area.
Good cocktails is impossible to find, restaurants are also quite crappy.
Me and my wife did however dine twice at the Medichi, their food was great, so was the service and the prices was very fair.

As we went on an unspecified trip we didn't choose this hotel. The room was quite big and clean, but it was run-down and old, scruffy and outdated furniture. There was also other "guests" in the room, lots of ants and a huge cockroach. We tried to hunt and kill it, but it outsmarted us. We kept our suitcases closed and placed them on some chairs.

It was quite noisy, as the target group is young party-goers. There was a lot of noise during the night; fighting, singing and shouting. In the day and evening there was loud music by the pool, and also disco lights.

Air condition was needed - but it cost 5 euros per night.

Wouldn't recommend it.

Room Tip: If you want it a bit more quiet, choose a room away from the pool.

We stayed in Tsokkos from the 1st till the 8th of September, from reading reviews we were expecting the worst, we arrived quite late at night and was taken straight to our room, which was not what I expected... The beds were freshly made, the rooms were clean and we were very happy with what we were given, definitely invest in air conditioning because it is the best life saver ever €35 for the week so not bad at all!! We were staying in block 3 in room 321A, so when I was taken to the 'older' one I was expecting to be in a dive but was completely wrong, the music in the day was great, the vibe was perfect and the staff were so friendly, nothing was stolen from us and the maids were so nice. I would honestly change nothing about the holiday! It's a two minute walk to the strip, which is perfect at night, but it's not close enough to keep you awake all night.

All round the best week I have ever had! Would definitely go back next year! AYIA NAPAAAA!

Hotel pools are lovely 3 different ones to choose from.
Rooms are clean, simple but perfect for what you want and you only get ready and sleep in the room anyway
Close to the strip and lovely place called Bedrock do amazing breakfasts- Yummy food
Bistro is a lovely mexican and very friendly staff
Nissi Beach is only like 10 mins away but in a taxi it cost $8 so cant complain
Room was only cleaned once which was not happy about but we did complain and the maids came and cleaned again and anything we wanted we just asked reception and got
Air con was $30 euros for the week with a $10 deposit which we got back at the end of the week
They take your passports for the week but this is to check who you are when you come back and ask for a room key they check your identity so security is good and had 3 keys so if you all come back at different times you wont wake your friends up

Castle club is a great club with 3 different rooms including house music room which was really good
Carwash is great fun with cheesy music
Great deals on in the bars - Beach party, foam party, Boat party, silent disco are all things that should be done and so much fun

Was a great holiday and Tsokkos is a good place to stay
