Location is just perfect: 5 mins walking distance (uphill) to the square, where all the bars and clubs are located; however it will take you around 10 mins to get to the beach (Nissi beach) but as we have rented scooters during our whole stay, it was alright (not through the hotel, much cheaper).
Our room was cozy; with a big king-size bed and a couch with pool-view.
The restaurant at the pool offers delicious food; I would invest and go for a half-board when booking....they offer different cuisines every day (open buffet).
I would recommend this hotel to young groups; not the best choice for families!

Room Tip: Superior room with pool view! Ask for an upgrade upon arrival (bargain)!

We stayed quite a while a go but I never had the chance to review was May 2011 and I know a lot has probably changed since.
Myself and my partner did not come here to drink and party but the choice is still there as the location is perfect, about ten mins up the hill you find all the nightlife and bars. Be Warned the workers do try and hassle you to go in to every bar promising free drinks etc which is fine but after a while gets annoying. I can imagine in the peak season this would be even worse.

10 minutes in the opposite direction is the beach lovely, clean big.

Hotel and rooms are spotless and comfortable food is great we went half board as there are loads of good restaurants and bars near.
the pool was great, weather was awesome high 30's and this was in may mid - end of may so it only got hotter !
we rented a quad bike was 30 euros or something was great went to Nissi beach its a beautiful area of beach, good atmosphere and music was fun would be quite a way to walk in the heat though.

will deffo return this year if not next next !

Hotel is after renovation, rooms have bright coloured walls, it can help to feel relaxing. In this city it is one of the best hotel, taking into account not high prices. There is small swimming poll and drink bar, open almost 24h.

Long overdue review but me and my friend stayed here on a singles holiday last July. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it really is lovely and the nicest hotel near the square for nights out! The staff were really friendly and looked after us so well. Our rooms were just what we needed, who comes to Ayia Napa to spend time in their room? Comfy beds and constantly cleaned with nice finishing touches like fresh water and fruit left out for us. The food was really good, couldn't fault it at all, we had breakfast there every day which was very good after our nights out and lots of choice. Dinner there was really good, again lots of choice and different themes each night. Anyone who complains is just too fussy. The pool was fab, spacious with lots of sun beds. The bars there are really nice and the location is so good just for walking up to the square in two minutes and back home after a night out. Would go back this year and recommend to anyone!

We stayed there for 2 weeks in the beginning of June 2011. Absolutely loved the hotel, the staff was very attentive and welcoming, the food was great and our room was excellent. Very elegantly decorated and well worth the money. We followed the recommendations of other TripAdvisor reviewers and ordered the superior room with pool view. This turned out to be a great decision since the pool view rooms are all facing the courtyard of the hotel so we hear absolutely no noise from the streets and bars just outside the hotel.

Room Tip: Order a superior room with pool view!

We will not be staying again, we stayed In September 12. It cost us 700 pp bed n breakfast for 7 nights, which is expensive for what we got. A very dated room which was Supposed be a double bed but it was 2 singles put together with.a big gap due to bed frames. Tiles were coming off in the pool and it didnt look clean. We was next to a mosque with bells and prayers going off every morning about 5am, one morning for 4 hours. We had cockroaches in our room and on balcony, and in suitcase when ready to depart. NEVER AGAIN

This is a long over due review of the Napa Plaza the standard of this hotel was superb.
All the little touches made it for us. We are not really people for hanging about the pool but it was so warm during the day we struggled to anything else. However the level of service around the pool made it an enjoyable way to spend our days. We supplied with pool towels which could be exchanged daily, iced smoothies, fruit slices and later in the day cool face clothes. All this at no extra cost.
The rooms were furnished to a high standard and kept spotless clean, however at certain times of day there wasn't much hot water.
Breakfast was an amazing spread of everything, even sparking wine. The only thing that was missing was British style sausages. There was German and Russian sausages which we didn't like.
Another few things we noted during our stay is that next to the hotel is church which rung the bells early some mornings (mainly the mornings we were having a lie in).
Also this hotel is an international hotel with guests all over Europe and not just us brits.
There was also wifi available in our room at cost of 30€ but this was well worth it.

We are returning to Cyprus this year to get married but we are not staying at the Napa Plaza due to fact we wanted an all inclusive hotel. However we are recommending it to our guests that want bed and breakfast hotel in a central location.
