“Disappointed”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 20, 2014 via mobile

Food here was below average, yet it's rated number 1 on trip advisor?
Kids ordered burgers which were tasteless, poor quality meat (clearly cheap frozen burgers). I ordered the chicken souvlaki which was awful. Chicken was like rubber.
Can't comment on the fish so I'm guessing this is possibly where the rave reviews stem from.
The manager was a little 'in your face' which I found very off putting.
All in all there a much nicer places to eat and for a lot less money!

Especially sea bass is delicious. Service is very quick and friendly and the children are well taken care of. For sure not our last visit.

“Simple but excellent”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 20, 2014

The Isaac is tucked away behind the little church on Ayia Napa harbourside, lunch on a sunny afternoon under the trees and with views of the sea is how it should be done in Cyprus, nice gentle music being much preferable to garish sounds coming from places nearby. Our lunch of an "Isaac Platter" (between two of us) to start and traditional Cypriot Souvla was both top quality and substantial, having french fries made from local potatoes and fresh salad with Feta cheese rounded things off as nicely the well priced beer and free Cypriot coffee...The service was good, the staff were all both friendly and efficient and the tables, tableware and even the toilets were all nice and clean. All in all a genuine 5* experience
