Christofinia Hotel
Ranked #53 of 102 Hotels in Ayia Napa
Reviewed July 16, 2011

We've been visiting the Christofinia Hotel for approximately 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Cyprus! Its a warm, friendly, welcoming family run hotel. It's undergone recent refurbishment which I have to say is to a very high standard and, I understand, will soon undergo more which can only add to its appeal. Sea view rooms are worth paying for, but will be at a premium; the views are stunning over the hotel's newly designed pool area (lots of space around the pool and sunloungers are well spaced apart) and the sea. Breakfast (both hot and cold food available) has something for everyone with the choice of eating inside the newly refurbished, breakfast room or outside . Food in the dining room is buffetstyle but the quality and variety is superb which should cater for all holidaymakers tastes. The hotel is far enough away from the centre of Ayia Napa for those who prefer a quiet environment but only a short taxi journey away for those who like the nightlife of bars and clubs. Stay definitely recommended:-)

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are the best however some are over hotel entrance so expect some noise from vehicles

Very decent hotel for a 3* compared to other 3* hotels in the area of Agia Napa and Protaras. Good value for money. The view wasn't good because we got a land view room. The breakfast was nice and the room -- clean. I don't know if I wanted to stay there again but is recommended to those who don't want to spend their fortune on 5* hotels in this area.

Room Tip: Definitely DON'T get a land view room!

When i looked up the hotel on the internet i knew i would be pleased with it and not full of complaints.. HOWEVER, 3 star?? It deserves at LEAST a 4 and a half, it was amazing, made my expirience even better, seriously without any exaggeration i really did love the hotel. There was four of us and they have us the biggest room in the hotel, it had it's own floor and a massive balcony! Loved it! Also my sister came with one friend and i saw there room which was also lovely! This hotel is clean, beautiful, the pool area really is amazing and the staff were so nice and friendly. I live in Limassol so my next visit to Napa will be very soon and i CANNOT WAIT to stay in Cristofina again! One negative i must admit is that it's a longer drive to the square than most hotels! HOWEVER in walking distance to Nissi beach which was perfect!!!

Travelled to Agia Napa with my family and wanted a decent hotel to stay. We arrived during the night and were shocked by the appearance of the hotel: The hotel looked like a 5-star plus!!! It is completely renovated, with the most incredible lighting system I have ever seen. The pool is very modern and has access to the bar from inside the pool (something which I found to be very useful). The rooms are also renovated and are very very clean. The staff is friendly and understanding.

I am very happy with my stay and will definitely stay again there next time. I really recommend it to everyone.

This hotel has just been completely refurbished and has been upgraded to a 4 star, and it's definitely more than justified. Having stayed at this end of Ayia Napa several times, I was well aware of the location and it's close proximity to Nissi and Landa beaches. It's a nice 25 minute stroll in to the main thrust of Ayia Napa, (passing many shops and bars on the way) if that's your calling! but I'd much rather stay at the civilised end of town, with the option to venture in and out as desired. I had originally considered staying across the road at The Adams Beach Hotel, but the cost was slightly prohibitive, and it didn't come even close to the vaue that this hotel has to offer. To be honest when I walked through the grounds of The Adams , this year; I felt that in comparison to The Christofinia it was looking a little bit shabby! The only real advantage it has is that it's on the beach. That said; The Christofinia is just across the road from both beaches, and I would now choose this hotel hands down every time. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate my every need. I had an incident on the first night where some Russian female guests were a bit on the noisy side in the room adjoining mine. When I reported it the next morning I was offered a choice of rooms that I could move to, (as they were keen to keep me near to my friends room) and profound apologies from the hotel staff. I stayed on half board, breakfast and an evening meal, which was looked forward to everyday! There is ample choice to suit every pallet. All in all my stay at The Christofinia has left me wanting to go back soon!! Oh!..........They also have a beautiful outdoor pool, but unfortunately the weather hadn't quite warmed up enough for me to take advantage of it! It's surrounded by an abundance of sun loungers and there's also a pool side bar serving drinks and food. "A very pleasurable stay"

have stayed here every year for 4 years and love the place. lovely pool, refurbished bar and reception and rooms.
the staff cant do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. not much evening entertainment but if thats what you are looking for there are plenty of bars nearby and ayia napa town is close enough to hop in a taxi too.
5 mins from nissi beach or if you are looking for something a bit quieter then Landa beach is 15 mins walk away. But why go anywhere when the pool is gorgeous and the pool bar and restaurant are on hand. Just pricing it up to go again this year! wouldnt go anywhere else!
