We stayed in the pavlo napa hotel over christmas and new year, and couldnt think of a better way to spend the festive season. The hotel is extremally clean. They have great facilitys to keep the whole family busy. The food was amazing we didnt have any complaints about anything in the 2 weeks we were there, the 1 things that stands out about the pavlo napa hotel is thestaff who work there they were the most caring and helpful people i have ever met, going out of there way to do everything they could for us, the entertainment was fantastic every night and our son loved every minute of it even though he was the only child in the hotel he had a fabulous time and was really looked after. I would stongly reccomend everybody to visit this hotel it was the best holiday we had ever had and we are already looking at booking our summer holiday back in the pavlo napa hotel.

We spent our honeymoon there in October, 2011 and we couldn't have been more disappointed. The room was small, uncomfortable and the bathroom looked very dirty. We had cockroaches every evening in the bathroom and after 3 days we requested a new room. The building was very cold, no heating at all (it was about 12-15 Celsius degrees outside). Food was ok, but almost the same each day. Lunch and snacks were very poor. The inside pool was closed on Sunday and the service there was horrible. We couldn't buy a wi-fi voucher because they run out of them (!). After we came home, we sent a complaint to the agency that organised our trip to Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel. They forwarded it to the management of the hotel who simply replied by telling lies, stating that we - the guests (!) - were a pain in the neck and we were the ones who caused problems for them. This hotel is full of disappointments, I wouldn't recommend it. For this price you can find a much much better one!

Since we are backpackers we didnt book a hotel when we arrived in Ayia Napa. It was winter time when we traveled to Agia Napa so almost 80% of the area was closed, from hotels to restaurants and groceries. We are lucky that the person we asked knew this hotel is open. It is located along Nissi Avenue and just 5 minutes away from Nissi Beach.

We checked in and was really happy to find such a spacious and clean room and toilet. Also our balcony is facing a very lovely view. We then decided to stay for another night and in the morning they made up our room so when we reach back in the evening, we were really happy to see our room pleasant. They got a nice pool perfect for family and couples.

Breakfast is very basic but there are a lot to choose from, the one thing i was off about was the staff from the restaurant who wont smile and when she is cleaning up the tables i feel that she is pissed about something (but maybe she's having a bad day -- two consecutive days :P)

Room Tip: the best view is the rooms at the end of the hallway facing the pool and the beach side.

Location Excellent sandy beach at edge of grounds - Food plain but high quality, Lunch cooked to order by pool bar. Drinks service a little slow in main restaurant.
Rooms adequate but beds a little hard.
All inclusive drinks include everything.
Entertainment exceptional - Peter and Paul work very hard, and external entertainers bought in at night - Elvis brilliant and Magician - never will I know how! deafinately worth seeing.
Weather very good late october.
Plenty of shops and bars within easy walking distance.
Would I go again - no hesitation

Room Tip: All rooms side on sea view

We spent the end of october in pavlo napa. When we walked into our room the first impresion we had was that it was way too small for four people! But it was so clean, which is quite important to us. The dinners were very good but the lunches were not as good but ok. Eexellent location, the staff were a big part of the hotel they were very helpful and so kind even though they work so hard. Our seven year old daughter loved all the daytime activities, and Timi and Peter. My husband loved the daytime activities for adults. We had a lovely time!!!
