Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights at the end of June and after reading mixed reviews on here, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Breakfast was lovely and gave you a vast choice and the pool/beach bars were beautiful with very friendly staff. I wasn't overly impressed with the standard of room we were given, the 'garden view' was not a garden view and the adjoining door to the other room was incredibly noisy especially when the guests next door were coming home at 5 am!
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday, Nissi beach is beautiful and you won't be disappointed!

Nissi Beach Resort delivered on its promise on a flawless wedding and was a great wedding day and holiday location. The hotel has beautiful well kept grounds - best seen in Cyprus. The beach is also stunning - the water is crystal clear and by the hotel is quiet. Further around the bay are some water sports and bar. There are weddings most days but it does not affect any of the guests and the staff are still attentive to all guests.
The rooms are large and we stayed in the beach bungalow suite which is definitely worth the extra money and has a separate living area. One of my family stayed in the cheapest of rooms (Garden room) and these are less welcoming.
Marios the wedding planner is the most organised yet laid back man I have ever met. He personalises the weddings exactly as you want and replied back to emails within 24hours with any questions we had - he is a credit to the hotel! Our wedding was large compared to others we saw- we had 110 guests of which half were Cypriots and everyone said the BBQ buffet food was great and so much of it! The Rondavel is transformed for the wedding is a very romantic setting at night time.
Overall it was a fantastic hotel for a beach holiday and an incredible place for a wedding. We look forward to returning in a couple of years time for an anniversary

Room Tip: Beach bungalow suites are right I front go the beach and large especially whilst getting ready for w...

We were surprised with a really low level of service and lack of professionalism at the reception desk. This made a strike contrast with the rest of the friendly staff-this was really unpleasant and hopefully can be fixed by management

We had a first night in another hotel (Grecian Sands) because the hotel was overbooked!! We booked 12 months earlier to attend a wedding. We were not alone as about 15 others were also put in other hotels, one of our group spent 3 days in another hotel, this really did spoil the start of our week. The breakfast was excellent and led us to believe Nissi beach would be the same, WRONG. Breakfast eggs, whatever flavour were bad. The evening main restaurant staff very rude. The cleanliness was not up to standard, breakfast items on chairs and under tables when having Dinner!!!! No real choice for children apart from chips, which meant trips to KFC and Pizza Hut most evenings. You can get a meal for 2 with wine in Tavernas for €47, but the hotel charges you €30 each for an evening meal, €15 each for breakfast, which you can get outside for €6 each. Try Valantines Taverna.
The hotel staff, staff in Bars/Pool and at the wedding reception staff were excellent.
If their cooks went to the Grecian Sands they might learn how to cook eggs and cater for large numbers, individually !!!!! Nice beach, rooms and beach bungalow's excellent.

Room Tip: Either go for a beach bungalow or a room with a sea view,

Our 2 week stay at the Nissi Beach Resort was nothing less than perfect. From the moment arrived being greeted with fresh orange juice and cold towels, to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty.

Hotel and staff:
The staff are very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Marios and Caroline and extra special thanks to Tassos and our lovely cleaning lady (room 36) who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable.
The hotel has wonderful facilities and we had the pleasure of using Anna and Gillian in the hairdressers, and Tina for our makeup. My Husband used the gym everyday, and even though it is a little small, it was sufficient for his needs. All the restaurants and beach huts are lovely locations, and everything is based around full relaxation which is what we wanted.
Our room was a beach bungalow and absolutely beautiful, stocked with a mini bar, coffee facilities and bathrobes and slippers, but it was the view that was the most spectacular. Waking up to a view of the loveliest mature gardens and the ocean, well what more could you ask for...

Wedding:
We booked the weddingmoon through Thomas Cook due to the uncertainty of the paperwork needed for the wedding, but this is unnecessary as Marios and Caroline within the hotel have everything under control and far more experience with this. With Marios' help I dealt directly with Ayia Napa town hall and all my questions were answered within 24 hours. Thank goodness, as Thomas Cook pretty much left us in limbo with 1 email a week before we were due to depart. To be honest they were less than useful with our Thomas Cook wedding rep aged about 21, and knew very little about weddings, or even that Northern Ireland was part of the UK!
The hotel made our wedding so special and all of our 26 guests commented on how well organised it was and how beautiful a place it was for a wedding. I had my dress steam cleaned within the hotel and my Husbands suit, and everything was perfect and delivered to our room at a time of our choosing. My husband also benefited from another room to get ready in which was greatly appreciated.
Tassos (the man himself) helps the days run so smoothly, directing guests where they should be, and making sure the bride and groom relax and enjoy their day. We had the best day of our lives, and wish we could do it all over again.

Wedding tips - take as many things over as you can i.e chair sashes, wedding favours, flowers, jewellery and cake & table decorations. I used ebay and saved a lot of money as extras can be expensive when in Cyprus.

Overall we had a fabulous time at Nissi Beach, all the extras that the hotel provided just put the cherry on top.
- super king bed
- champagne on arrival
- champagne breakfast in bed the morning after the wedding
- candle lit dinner (3 course)
- staff help and support throughout our wedding

Room Tip: Beach bungalow room 30-36 - ground floor and spectacular view

i had such a nice experience there, the hotel great, perfect location on nissi bay with great landscapes and views, staff were very friendly and helpful, the access to the beach is so easy and the view from the rooms is breathtaking, i would suggest taking a room on the higher floor, i will be definitely going there again if i had the chance, i didnt have my baby girl with me, but for people seeking a good family holiday this is a great place for children,a great experience and thank you for the great hospitality

Room Tip: a room on the third or fourth floor in sea view rooms would be a great choice
