Myself and my Partner got married at the Dome In May 2009 and I thought I must give my 2 pennies worth on this superb hotel.
We were all inclusive which I strongly recommend.
*The food is fantastic, plenty of it and good quality
*All inclusive ends at 12pm but good choice of drinks and all cocktails are included in the AI package
*The rooms are cleaned every day to a very high standard
*Close to a lovely beach
*Staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you
*Our wedding was perfect got married in the hotel grounds and the hotel made us feel very special
*Thomas cook entertainers do a great job
*10/10 hotel

Just returned with several family members after staying here while one of our son's got married at the Olympic Lagoon. It is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location not too far if you want to wonder out. Plenty of sunbeds on beach and by pools, rooms are all immaculate and food is fantastic. The staff are efficient and quick to take our orders. The only complaints were the sandfly bites, dont sit on beach sunbed with drinks after dark as we did a couple of times as it is heaven but we were bitten something rotten. Also we paid for a 3 bedded room with side view and got a twin room with minimum side view right at the back overlooking car park and roundabout. Our son got a great sized 3 bedded room overlooking pool with great view and paid less than us. We got a late check out room till 6pm for 18 euros and it was one of the type we should have had! Much bigger with sofa too. The wedding was out of this world in the olympic's new garden venue and reception on an island over the pool. Terrific holiday overall and would go back but night flight from Leeds Bradford took 5 and half hours due to headwinds so this put us off.

Enjoyed our week at the Dome Beach. The hotel is well managed, all staff friendly and keen to please! We are a family of difficult diets and am delighted to say that the Dome provided Rice Milk and Gluten free bread in plentiful supply and at all meal times and in all restaurants.
The Thomas Cook Entertainers run by TMC were very good if not a little mad! Daytime activities included Archery, Giant Connect 4/Jenga, Shuffle Board to name a few. Special mention to Ali ... who didn't stop all day and was wonderful with my teenagers getting them to join in as and when ...
Family rooms are in two storey's on a wing from the main building. If you don't have small children request a quiet room away from the childrens pool! The rooms are generous in size, and comprise of a double bed. single bed and sofa bed. These rooms have not been refurbished (the rooms in main hotel have) and are tired, but still functional and the extra space appreciated.
Themed evenings every evening in the restaurants, included Greek Night, Gala buffet, Arabian night. Good selection of main meals though limited vegetarian options.
Local spirits only for all inclusive guests. Wide range of cocktails. White/red/rose wines. Local beer.
Loungers on beach are 2Euros per day. Jet skis available at the beach 30 Euros for 15 mins. Sunbeds around amin pool occupied by beach towels by 8am (it was spring bank holiday!)
Supermarkets 10 minutes walk along hotel drive for a wander from hotel. Huge waterpark 15 min walk away.
Overall - recommend this hotel for family holiday, value for money with 3 to 4 star standards.
If you're a couple looking for a quiet break ..... choose another hotel!

Stayed at this hotel on an all inclusive basis for one week. Although it was half term it never felt busy and we could always get sunbeds no matter what time of day it was. Rooms around the quiet pool/Neptune bar are, in our opinion, the best location as its a lovely pool for the kids and later in the evenings you are away from all the noise (but still only 1 minute walk away). The beach is fantastic - beautiful crystal clear waters with soft sand underfoot - you can hire pedaloes and other bits from the beach. Food at the hotel was good (not as much choice as we may have had at other hotels but always something you like). The location is great as we dropped off at a couple of other hotels which were right on the main road, you then head down to the beachfront which is where the Dome (and one other hotel) is located. If you like a stroll out in the evening it did mean you were out on a limb but you can go in to Ayia Napa if you want (we didn't bother). Overall a really good relaxing holiday - if you simply want to chill out by the pool and on the beach this hotel is ideal.

good hotel, away from the centre of ayia napa right on the nice small beach, 5 mins walk to a bigger beach. if you have kids there is a water park at the rear 10mins walk away. food was great, good choice & great service. would recommend for older couples or family, to far out of ayai napa for the young party crowd.

My partner and I have just returned from 10 days all inclusive at the Dome Beach hotel in Nissi Bay and had a great time. Food was wonderful and catered for everyone and I’m the fussiest eater ever and I always found something to eat also it was always very hot. The restaurant staff were always pleasant although at times a little eager to take your finished plates away. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels when you left them on the bathroom floor. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned everyday. We saw two weddings whilst there and they were lovely and well looked after. We would defiantly go back without a shadow of a doubt.

Stayed here for 2 weeks 29th April til 13th May and had possible the best package holiday we've ever had. Hotel is lovely and very well looked after, Maids cleaned room daily (they do provide beach towels and a good hairdrier for all you ladies out there) . Entertainment team of Main man Mark (outstanding), Ali, Nicky, Erin, Sandis, Audrey, Martin, Yana (All genuinly fantastic). The games on a daytime were great fun with wide variety of activities from french boules, to Pool table games, to water polo, to table tennis competions - something for everyone. The evening entertainment was carried out by the same team and was equally as well organised and to a fantastic standard with well choeographed dances and great singing - Again various different games from Bingo - Mr & Mrs to musical quizzes (something for everyone). The all inclusive package is great and you can eat and drink for probably 18 hours a day if you fancy , to break this down you get
breakfast 07:00 to 10:00
snack bar next to pool 10:00 til 12:00 (also kids ice creams)
lunch 12:30 til 14:30
snack bar and cakes and biscuits next to pool14:00 til 18:00
kids and parents ice creams 14:00 to 15:00 - i think
main evening meal - 19:00 to 22:00

gym, tennis, jacuzzi free for all inclusive squash court 1 euro for 10 mins and sauna the same

drinks served in various bars all over hotel from early morning til midnight( with huge range of drinks including WATER, lager spirits, cocktails etc)
and for you out there who have babies like us and need hot water they provide it at the bars and you can use the thermos flask provided in your rooms for storing it overnight for that early morning baby milk when required and youd be surprised how hot the water still is in the mornings

food is fantastic from waffles, yoghurt, cereal or full english for breakfast to cheese and crackers, roast meats and speciality dishes from all over the world for lunch and evening meal - even the fussiest of eaters will find something to eat

If you are thinking of booking this place then my advise would be go for it it really suits families and there is an evening disco for an hour most evenings to occupy the young ones.
We didn't use the kids club but our friends we met there did - and you still get chatting to the kids club staff and they seemed great with all kids really enjoying themselves drawing pictures painting, having water fights etc

Ayia napa is about an hours walk away at a good pace so don't think you can walk in on a nightly basis and it costs about 6-8 Euros for a taxi (so I was told)

The beach is beautiful - perfect for sandcastles

i really would 100% recommend this hotel and would go back there tomorrow for another fortnight - if not longer if I could

it was that good that in the fortnight we only left the place twice for short walks to the supermarket for sweets etc

Hope this review helps & Thanks to all the Dome Staff & entertainment team on their fantastic hard efforts keep up the good work
