We stumbled across Fiji while waking into town, neither of us had ever tried Polynesian cuisine, so thought we'd give it a go. The restaurant is upstairs, accessed through a foliage covered walkway and a short flight of stairs where we were seated quickly and drinks orders taken. The cocktails are fantastic and served in heavy clay tankards moulded with a variety of different faces (think 'dum dum' from the Night at the Museum movie)
The food is all freshly prepared and tastes really good. We dined here twice as the food and general atmosphere was go impressive.
Ice cream covered in corn flakes was an interesting desert, but it was plentiful and surprisingly tasty!
We'll definitely be returning.
