This is a great villa in an amazing location. We were 3 adults and 2 kids (5 and 3 years olds) and it worked perfectly. Close enough to the various attractions of Ayia Napa but still far enough that you have privacy and a peaceful place to relax (and recover!). The pool was a great and large enough to swim in and the villa is on the front line so close to the sea. There are a few sandy patches close by but to swim you would need swim/rock shoes. The view is truly amazing.
I feel a car is essential although we only used about half a tank of fuel in our 2 week stay and everything was close by (but way to hot to walk). There is completely adequate a supermarket hear Agia Thekla beach and a much larger one Metro) that pretty much sells every thing in Paralimini. The beach in Agia Thekla was great as we were always able to get sun beds and it was quiet enough for the kids to run around without disturbing anyone. There are great rock pools to look at and the sea was shallow for quite a way out so safe for kids. We also really liked the beach in Cape Greko park (konnos bay). The really popular beaches like Nissi, Fig tree bay and protaras are 20min drive and although are really nice are also get very busy. The is a waterpark very close by which was great for the kids and adults alike. There is a lot of night life and we are lucky enough to catch a Criag David concert on the beach venue at Makronissos. We had great meals at Sage restaurant and Glasshouse (although service at glasshouse was very strange) and there are 2 excellent fish restaurants directly across the river estuary opposite the villa. Apparently some guys who stayed previously would use an inflatable lie low to swim across!
Finally Victoria is a excellent and an extremely helpful and attentive host. I cannot recommend this Villa enough. If you are half thinking about it go ahead as it gets booked up. You will not be disappointed.
