“Ultimate Austrian Arlberg Dining”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 27, 2013

We'd been skiing hard all week. Fresh powder, super cold conditions and lots of snow. We woke up on Wednesday with sore muscles and saw the sun disappear behind the clouds. It was then that we decided to take the day off to enjoy a leisurely 4 hour lunch with friends. With no reservation the maitre'D scrambled to find a table and offered us a drink at the bar. Our friendly bartender made us feel welcome and we started to get in the mood. Then a table came up in an intimate little room with stag horn mounts on the wall and a fireplace. Perfect! When our shapely waitress approached my buddy joked that I didn't speak Austrian, only Russian. She darted out and came back with a Russian menu. What service! The maitre'D recommended a regional Austrian white wine and it was heavenly.

“Kaiserschmarrn at its best”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 15, 2012

I went with my daughter and had a big Kaiserscharrn for lunch. The portion was almost to big for the two of us. But it was so delicious. Service was good and the place itself was cozy.

“pleasant dinner”

We went there when our restaurant in Antonius had a rest day.
It was too busy place, so we had to make an advanced booking. Not bad!

“A wonderful experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 2, 2012

The food is superb, the wine list encyclopedic, the formal but friendly service a rare experience, the dining room feels echt Austrian without being kitschy, and the prices high but well worth it. Go for a rare treat. (and don't miss the amazing pancakes with plum sauce for dessert!!!)

“Amazing food and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 30, 2012

Guests are treated with amazing food (we went for four courses and had two complimentary on the house) which is traditional and delicitious. I would not necessarily say Michelin star quality but the finest of Austrian cooking. The dining room is small and very cosy and you really feel that you are in Austria. (The tables are a bit low for very tall people). We had Jana as our main waitress who was superb and very friendly. She also helped one of us with the choice of food which was delicious. Overall an unforgetable experience.
