Over the years this place has never failed to deliver. Even better now as rather than queuing you can dine in comfort in their restaurant next door. We came Good Friday to find the usual massive queue outside the chippy so we opted to eat in the restaurant. We were lucky to get in & went for our usual 'all day special' cod/chips/peas or beans/tea or coffee & fresh bread.
This place was so busy they did their best to accommodate all by offering to seat them in a lovely outdoor courtyard whilst tables were being made available.
Just amazingly fresh fish & chips & this place isn't even by the sea!
Don't fancy a decent cuppa then book yourselves in for a glass of wine or bottle or beer - cheers!
