We took our grandchildren to the playground, the bonsai display and the restaurant.
They loved the playground and found it challenging - as 2 and 4 year olds. The playground is one of the most attractively designed both in appearance and in the clever functionality that gives young children interesting tasks and challenges. You still have to watch them as it is easy to lose sight of them in the myriad of little structures and spaces. The cold wind eventually won and we went for coffee and baby-chinos.
The bonsai is always amazing and good to see. The restaurant is efficient but it real strength is the view and a break from the wind. You pay for parking and the revenue goes to the maintenance of the arboretum. The view are always great.
