“Great beach spot, yummy food & helpful staff.”
Reviewed January 3, 2014 via mobile

Always love the diverse meal choice and great views. Didn't even mind the noise from the busy December day! Yes, it's a little expensive but so is the rest of Hastings st. At least, I felt I got value for Noosa money.

“Another great time at Bistro C.”
Reviewed January 3, 2014

We had dinner reservations for 6:30 p.m. yesterday with out of town friends. They arrived early, we had pre-dinner drinks elsewhere and decided to go early to see if we could be seated. Fortunately, with a bit of shuffling around, we were able to be seated at our table more than two hours early. The staff were gracious. Food delicious. Our 'surfer dude' waiter was not only efficient, but made the experience fun!
View of the beach is wonderful.
Another great meal at Bistro C.

“Lovely food”

Lovely meal and great service. Portion sizes plentiful. But couldn't resist having the lavender creme brûlée and wasn't disappointed. Having a beach view seat a bonus. Will certainly be back.

“Favourite place of week”
Reviewed January 1, 2014 via mobile

Buzz and great ambiance. Friendly and efficient but not overbearing service. Good selection of wines and cocktails- made a mean vodka martini and their espresso martinis are the speciality. Lobster dumplings as a starter were amazing. I had salmon which sounds a bit pedestrian but really try it - the celariac and cauli puree was to die for! My husband had the fish special of the day. Both meals surpassed Sails easily (which gets better reviews????). Overall I would recommend Bistro C above all the other places we ate in Noosa.

“The best time to come here is...”
Reviewed December 30, 2013 via mobile

Straight after you have spent the morning on Noosa Main Beach for a couple of hours! We have got our timing right after years of coming to Noosa. The best time to come to Bistro C is around 10:30 as they still serve the breakfast menu, most people who have come for breakfast are finishing up and we always get a table. They dont take bookings before midday either. The restaurant stops serving the breakfast menu at 11am, then only serves drinks between 11am and 12 midday when they start their lunch menu. So, with two young boys who still get up and have breakfast at around 7am, we get to the beach by 8am, spend a couple of hours and have an early lunch.

The kids menu includes scrambked eggs and bacon on ciabatta bread (one slice) or two very fluffy pancakes, a scoope of ice cream, maple syrup and you can also order a side of bacon. The adult breakfast menu ranges from excellent "home made" museli, yoghurt, fruit, etc to their signature dish of corn fritters on avocado salsa with bacon, spinach and all the food is excellent. Drinks include fresh juice of various blends, coffees, mocktails, etc.

The wait staff are also very friendly and very good with the children, really attentive and nothing is a problem. They are also very tolerant of sandy folk from the beach and their gear.

The style is still chique, modern Australian with excellent views of Noosa Main Beach. Once we've done our visit to Bistro C, we know we have finally arrived on holidays.
