Right at the back of Hastings st. Hands down value for money and location you can't beat it. Very unique stand alone two level treehouse cubes. You will have to climb stairs to get from the ground to front door. Some of the bungalows are a bit worn/tired but who cares? You aren't going to spend every minute in them anyhow. Ours had a master and guest room (2 singles) on top level. living room/kitchen/deck on 1st floor had pretty views of old ficus trees (tall, 30yrs +). Great unique place to stay and we'll be back.

Room Tip: Choose the houses in the middle of the complex to avoid rowdy Hastings or Sheraton bar noise on the...

The beach houses are small older but free standing two bedroom split level buildings. The property has a great pool and paddle pool with BBQ. Situated just behind the shops and next door to the Sebel it was right in the middle of Noosa yet slightly removed.

The staff at reception are very friendly and efficient. The units have everything you need and nothing you dont need.

The Air con and fans struggled a little with the 35C outside but enough to be comfortable.

One small bug was the bin in the kitchen holds about 3 litres so I was forever making trips to the bin outside.

Room Tip: There is some noise from the clubs in Hastings Street but bearable.

My Fiance and I recently holidayed with my brother, his wife and their 5 month old son. The Hastings was a fantastic choice.
Being able to walk out onto Hastings Street and the main beach without loading the car was ideal. The pool and bbq facilities are second to none and the staff could not be friendlier, they arranged for a cot for the baby.
The apartment we stayed in (7 I think it was) was perfect! A bathroom for each of the couples and also one down on the ground floor for when returning from the beach. The extra TV and sofa downstairs also came in handy for when the footy finals were on..!
We will be back!

Our family has always had a great time here. We frequently want a low key but convenient place to stay in Noosa. The location is great and the renovated units are very nice. We have friends from Brisbane that recommended The Hastings. They have units that will accommodate 6 people too. Great value for money in Noosa.

We needed a place to stay for one night without being too expensive. The older units in this complex are just that. They look their age but everything was serviceable and served our purpose for the night. Location is the big plus here as you can walk out on to Hastings Street without the hassle of trying to find a non existent parking space. If I was staying longer I would definitely opt for a renovated apartment but you need to book early to get one. Wouldn't hurt to lander the bed spreads as they are looking and smelling rather tired.

Individual huts were nice, but lacked in quietness & cleanliness. No consideration for guests wanting peace & quiet. Will not return.

We acknowledge the issue of noise in relation to this guest review and have rectified the issue. The noise was generated by a blower that was being used by the janitor for the commercial retail area at the front of the complex. The practice of utisiling the blower has now ceased and other cleaning arrangements are in place.

In relation to the cleanliness, we take pride in presenting a clean and tidy complex, Unfortunatley this issue was not raised at the time of the stay or checking out so we did not have the opportunity of addressing any issues of cleanliness at the time.

Generally we have nothing but positive feedback on the cleanliness of the complex and we encouarge feedback from all our guests so if there is any concerns they can be rectified.

Kind Regards

My partner and I have visited Noosa on many occasions and have stayed at The Hastings several times.
On our most recent visit we were delighted that we were booked into the newly renovated Beach House 24. Fresh, clean and tastefully renovated - 2 beautiful bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and crockery; this beach house is one of the best (if not the best) in the complex. Located on the quieter side of the complex this beach house is a gem!
Location to beach, restaurants and cafes, the Hastings a great choice for both couples and families.
We will definitely be back to Noosa and most certainly be looking to book beach house 24
