“Noosa Hastings Street is Excellent shopping and pedestrian area”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 11, 2014

When in Noosa you can't not avoid Noosa Main street Hastings street its presented well and is pedestrian safe with pedestrian zones. Most shops along this strip are $$-$$$$ or more be aware that you need a big wallet for Hastings allot of the food etc.. will cost whilst we were there I could only afford subway. if you want cheaper meals or shopping Noosa Junction that is up the hill, parking on hastings is like hens teeth and there are allot of cars turning around the round about, you might be parking somewhere near Noosa sound or in a grassed area near the hilly area before you even go near Noosa Hastings, in fact only assume that hastings street is a parade of cars street and only road to get you to another famous location called Noosa Spit Rec and Reserve.

“Looking a bit sad of late and the usual busy holiday rush”

This street was once an interesting place to walk up and down but now it has become an overcrowded street in need of a face lift.

“Busy but classy”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 10, 2014

After travelling down from Cairns (which was pretty quiet) it was nice to be staying just outside a town which had a busy main street with a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Although there was a good mix of both expensive and not-so-expensive places, the overall atmosphere was classy - a far cry from some of the backpacker resorts

“Nothing like Hastings Street”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 10, 2014

I love Hastings Street. By day it is lovely to do a bit of shopping and by night the people watching and lovely lighting are worthwhile. Lots of lovely eateries make it even more of a treat!

“Get your credit card ready”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 9, 2014

Hastings St has so much to offer. The beach is just off the street. You are spoiled for choice from casual snacks to fine dining. Retail outlets are numerous and offer mostly clothing for all members of the family but mostly for women but bring your credit card as the prices are fairly high and some clothing can be purchased for a lower cost in other places.
