“Good for a short stroll”
Reviewed September 29, 2012 via mobile

Spent half the day in Noosa. Many shops are closed down along the Main Street but still a food stroll and window shopping. Many shops with sales and prices not that inflated just because it is a tourist area. Take the time to walk east along the beachside walkway. Such a good walk up to smaller sheltered beaches and the views out to the ocean are fantastic. Great relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

“A means to an end”
Reviewed September 26, 2012

Depending on your budget this is a street full of boutique clothing shops, restaurants, a few art galleries. I think the main reason people go here is so they can access Noosa Main Beach.

“Good shopping”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

But very busy so whilst we did essential shopping (sunscreen at the chemist and toys at Newtons Apple) we gave the rest a miss.

“A Nice Stroll with lots of shops”
Reviewed September 13, 2012

Good for shopping as there are shops of all types, both expensive and inexpensive ones. Also lots of restaurants and cafes along this street.

“Hastings Street alive and kicking”
Reviewed September 10, 2012

Being from the South, reports suggested that Hastings Street had become a shell of its former self. Nothing could be further from the truth. The street is buzzing - restaurants galore, clothing shops, while admitedly a bit too colourful for my Melbourne sensibilities appeared busy and there's some great homeware shops including Signature where I did some damage to my credit card.
