Stayed in Apartment 3, good size, some maintenance issues that I bought to the attention of management and I assume will be dealt with. Great walking distance to Hadtings Street, beaches, parks. All normal facilities expected in a serviced apartment.

Room tip: High rooms better views, some apartments have personal pools

We spend a week at this place every year with the kids and extended family. Its really just crossing the road to little cove beach and a 5 min walk throughout the National Park walk way to Hastings st.
There are many different units with 2 and 3 bedrooms to choose from and some of them have their own little plunge pool but the bedrooms tend to be a bit smaller in those units.
My only negative about it is that the communal pool is a bit small for all the units to use so it can get a bit uncomfortable some times.

Room tip: Units facing the beach have the lovely view but you also face the pool - and it can get quite loud during the day and early in the morning ...

Booked and paid in advance. Upon arrival we given a room that smelled so bad, it was impossible to stay. the house had various moisture boxes on the ground. Upon requesting another room, the manager was totally disinterested. We were not given another room, nor were we given any form of refund upon our decision to leave. we lost $717.00, but had no choice but to leave and find an alternative elsewhere. Suggest you check out the room before booking. The rooms by itself appeared nice.

Room tip: Check the room for smell and mould before booking.

It is unfortunate that you were unhappy with your stay. We note though that as managers we were onsite within 10 minutes of your call at 7pm at night to meet and discuss your concerns. This we feel is not showing any signs of disinterest. It is unfortunate however, that we could not come to a common agreement on your grievance.

We feel that the multiple posts that speak highly of the property stand as support to what the building offers guests.

We had Apartmt 3 for 10 car-less days - just wanted to blob out and be somewhere warm, close to beach, with pool (only used it once, but was nice and warm), near cafes and restaurants and handy for walks in National Park.
This met all our needs - we didn't need any heaters; the beach was literally down stairs and across the road (traffic was surprisingly quiet at this time of year); turn left downstairs and it's 5 minutes' walk to nearest coffee at beachside Sails (7-11am), or turn right, 10 mins along boardwalk and grab a coffee/muffin at Park HQ. Great walks in the park - saw dolphins and Koala - one day we enjoyed superb walk, ending up at Sunshine Beach for brunch, then caught local bus back.
Heaps of places for coffee/meals in Noosa centre - our favourite was Gaston with their couple's dinner 'special' of 2 mains and a bottle of wine for A$55. Also lots of choice in Noosaville (easy by bus).
Aptmt very spacious, lounge-sized main bedroom (smaller 2nd) and lounge/kitchen level down. Huge main bathroom. 'Bath' in 2nd is square-shape so not ideal for adults lazing in, but would be perfect for wee children to enjoy.
We caught shuttle from Brisbane airport - be warned Little Cove Court access and parking is down steep drive. NOT ideal for vehicles over 1.9m height - as our shuttle driver learnt !
Only disappointment was poor bedside reading lights. Otherwise perfect !
Very friendly, helpful staff.

Room tip: Apartment 3 is very spacious.

We landed up at LCC by mistake. We thought we had booked at The Cove but on arrival found that we had booked next door, at LCC. We were initially apprehensive because it looks tired and dark from the road, and although it faces the ocean, it is heavily shaded. Also, the unit balconies don't have much privacy from the driveway and in fact this is a problem for most of them, requiring you to keep the blinds down if you want privacy. We stayed in unit 7 which was enormous and clearly could have accommodated 6. (there were only 2 if us) The Queen bed seemed a little small and there were no insect screens on the sliding doors which could be a problem in summer. The windows didn't open more than 6", again not too much of a problem in winter. The resort's pools are not very nice and are mostly shaded but the beach across the road is beautiful. At night, it is very quite with nothing but the sounds of the waves to lull you to sleep. There's also not too much artificial light to detract from nature. In summary, great location, very large and quite comfortable apartment but they could spend some money on the facade to give it a warmer, friendlier look. Choose an apartment high up. The lower ones have plunge pools which are horrible, are in the shade, and have no view
